perfect location helpful staff small room low pressure
the location is perfect! i loved that the staff was very helpful. they were quick with requests and always available.
The room was quite small. also, i found the shower lacked water pressure. It was hard to rinse off completely!

amazing stay! would visit again for sure
staff assistance professional drivers easy access
the staff helped with restaurant recommendations, it was just across the street. i used the reserved car service three times for airport trips and a trip to paris-saclay! all drivers arrived on time and were very professional, i felt safe. the location made access easy to many activities.
The reception girl seemed preoccupied with her phone. I thought that was quite rude! the rooms are noisy, and i could hear sounds from adjacent rooms. the bed, also, wasn't very comfortable.

the sauna was a positive surprise! breakfast included french food and a wide range of choices! the hotel has many paintings about the history of the city, i found it so charming.

the location is near many tourist attractions! the maubert, mutualité metro is a short walk, it offers access to the whole city. there are many restaurants right outside the door.

noisy rooms uncomfortable bed
the staff were friendly i liked the hotel's style the location is great with a short walk to the nearest metro station
i found the rooms very noisy i could hear everything in the surrounding rooms the bed was so uncomfortable i think i would have slept better on the floor the girl on reception was rude seemed more interested in her phone than helping
